your missing the point, C4 know he's in there for the duration...thats why he's hardly been shown, he will get plenty of time to shine as the house thins, he's just plodding on at his own pace and C4 are quite happy.
the others are hanging themselves one by one, and soon to be gone...then the steve show will start, im sure C4 have lots lined up for him...but at the moment there's really no need. his price continues to fall, punters know a good thing. |

what do you want, cartwheels or summit ?

'then the steve show will start'
pmsl. that should give them a real ratings boost. can you tell me someone who has won one of these shows on the sympathy vote? |
|
By:
the house is full of greedy little sh!ts that have one agenda, how much money there going to make when they leave.
the show was originally designed to see how normal people would behave in a locked enviroment, its turned into fake people trying to grab a 15mins slot into history and making as much as they can along the way. the only real person in there is steve, ok he's a bit boring...but at least he's not plastic. |
|
By:
goodluck living in the past fll, this is the last show...C4 want a real person to win...someone who deserves it.
not someone made of cardboard. |
|
By:
All they want is a show that people will watch.
I think they've been sold a pup with Steve. The last 2 disabled people who they picked were great HM's Steve is just dull. No one will be tuning in to watch him. The more he's shown the more people will switch off. |
|
By:
the shows dead on its feet, has been for years...
|
|

Steve, who had been listening in, closed the conversation with the comment, ‘today is a big day in the House’. This seemed to sum up how all of the housemates are feeling.
Great stuff from steve. Lets hope it makes the HL's. He'll be 2.5. |
|
By:
your blinded fll, your not even giving him a chance ffs...its a 12 week show keep laying mate, you will earn nothing and i will be here to p!ss myself
|
|
By:
after 10 weeks if he's still the same i may agree with you but your jumping the gun and you have no right tbh.
give the man a chance |
|
By:
im sure if i met you after 10mins i might think your a complete tw at but after a week we could be best mate's.
|
|
By:
I've watched 2 weeks of LF and Steve is the only one to have done absolutely nothing of interest and I see no reason why that should change.
He's not suddenly going to develop a sparkling personality. He looks like a guy on a relaxing summer away from his wife and 8 kids. He's an OK guy, but if you think that's enough to win, you obviously haven't watched many of the previous series. |

I think you're the blinded one.
Corin, Josie and Mario are also virtually certain to be there at the end and all 3 are likely to beat him in a positive vote. 5.4 is a nonsense price. |

craig, seris 1 ???
im waiting, how did he win after 2 weeks ? what price was he ?? c'mon clever d!ck |

5.4 is a great price

It's paning out to be a boring year. I don't think that any of them are exciting. John James and Josie seem the most action bantering types in there. No reason why Steve can't win by default ala Cameron. It's shaping up to be a year of, who is the most honest and noble in there. Steve could go very close indeed. All depends how the play it in the closing weeks. There's a very compassionate and caring side to Steve, if tasks bring that out, no reason why he won't win. Was almost enough for Dane Bowers. I repeat, Dane Bowers. And he's no war hero
![]() Very good bet this, he should be favourite now, and he will be within a week. Wether people like it or not, he'll be there to the end, and with some favourable edits of his nobility it could well be enough in what is a seriously seriously weak year. I mean we've got FLL eulogising about some vacuous, all be it also kind, lass. Her main downfall is her inability to let her hair down, literally, and not put a face on. |

josie and mario will struggle to make it to final night, final week yes , any other has got to have a great chance this year.
|
|
By:
I've no idea how craig won, as I didn't watch it then.
I assume it was down to the nasty nick storyline. Was he 5.4 after a week? |

good post angela

5ll you said Jason should have been 1000/1 in BB5.
Face it, you're not a good judge at BB, you seem to be clouded with the most short termist views I have ever seen. Steve to be outpolled by Coirin and Mario in a positive vote just because they've had their airtime. Just you wait and see. Steve will beat those two, of that I am certain. There are a few runners in the field who could still beat him mind you. I sense if Josie keeps this up these 2 will be there when the winner is being called out. |

I assume it was down to the nasty nick storyline. Was he 5.4 after a week? well it shows your age then and how naive you really are. |

By:
Yes, excellent post Angela.
It's unlike you to follow the money and jump on the nearest bandwagon. I've not seen any compassionate or caring side. He seems detatched from the whole process to me and it's the likes of Corin and others who are the ones comforting people. |

This after the plunge on Corin -
Angela Rebecchi Joined: 15 Sep 02 Replies: 12471 18 Jun 10 23:52 She is the choosen one. Undoubtedly. Someones just been taking any price. Real shame as I wanted a max bet on her but have nowhere near what I wanted. She will win this show. Someone took the 8.4 and just been pushing it down to 6.0. I don't get why though. Push it to a lower price to lay off? |

stop being bitchy and dragging posts up, very immature...also shows your age....unlike you, most people on this forum do change there opinions of people. she did look good, i still have her green...but her constant boob flashing is getting boring along with her head. |

Got some very nice lays sub 4.5 soon after. Absolutely amazed she is still sub 6. Polls at this stage are futile.
If you honestly think Coirin will win, then go and see a doctor. She is bubbly and caring, but she is also a bit irritating, and ultimately a vacuous vessel. Sophies main assets (cue lads jokes) were the fact that she was willing to walk around looking like a munter. Coirin isn't willing to do this and it's hard to see how they will want to edit her well in the final weeks, someone too similar but more vain than Sophie in the final year, no chance. She should be around 14s. She'll need to be pushed over the line, especially with this years format (say no more). |

Mario and Coirin literally just don't stand a chance. Mario is a complete drip. There are 3 people who you want to be green on, Steve is obviously the main one, it will twig soon enough even in the most ardent of opposer. The other two, Josie (the best HM in there) and Ife.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz 'ooooh is that a flea' |

I rarely do that, but I make an exception when it comes to RMB, or whatever he calls himself now as he's a knobend of the highest order.
Anyway, for me Steve is just Carole with no legs. If you think that makes him favourite, then GL. I can't see it myself and the winner looks obvious to me. Then again I thought Freddie had it sewn up last year, so things could easily go pearshaped. Much less likely with Corin though as she seems a much more grounded character, but you never know. |
|
By:
5LL getting angry as it's dawning on him, he's smashed a bet on Coirin who should be at least double the price. Should have read my blog. One of the funniest prices I have seen in a long time. I pray his Steve lays were just covering the green cause taking 5.5 on now is mental, will be alot shorter within a week, and even shorter on finals night.

aaaahhh i see in your last post you do actually reaslise only 2 weeks have passed out of 12.
good man, there is hope for you yet. takes a big man to realise he MAY just be wrong. anyway dont take up in-running horse betting you would do your absoulte b0llocks on front runners ![]() |

Your the one who jumps on the leader Angela.
You always had. I'm on Corin @ best price 26 on here. 20/1, 16/1, 14/1 and 12/1 on the HS. Very little at lower prices. You're the one who jumped on the Corin Taxi as soon as she hit favourite and called her the winner and the chosen one. I'm not angry, I'm just bored. I look forward to seeing you jumping on the next bandwagon. It will be Ben I reckon. |
