unplanned maintenance

i played a freeroll  i have today and its the 1st time i got deep into a tourney and when the unplanned maintenance began i was on 8 cent but betfair only gave me 5 cent, i know its not alot but it really pisses you off when you do so well for the 1st time just for something like this to happen.
im just not impressed at all with this site and i know exactly how my son felt about this site befor he got banned for having an opinion and getting ra P ED every time he played here
