Hi
Years a go i closed my poker account ONLY ( so not exchange sports ) for security reasons because my women play poker try to prouve me she play very good and win alot ... so i closed poker account by IBAS rules...
Today i go to my account and i see 2200 euro missing from my account and my women accept to told me she lost all that money in playng poker in my account ( WHO SUPOSE TO BE CLOSED FOR LIFE by Betfair ) but years this account WAS CLOSED but now she was able to play poker and lose my money...
I call operators Betfair and they told me security team will contact me for this issue in max 48 hours !
If you can help me with any opinion what will hapening in this case because poker account was abusive or (stupid) open by someone and that was not me and is not my responsability.
Is true my wife play that money BUT THIS ACCOUNT SUPOSE TO BE CLOSED and is Betfair responsability 100% by IBAS GAMBLING RULES to keep it closed !!
Operator told me probaly Betfair will give me back 2200 euro but i need wait security team to call me .
What to do ? and what you know about similar issue ??
