Can't log in

Yes,had multiple attempts at logging in,no joy.

Yep, I can login at site, but can't login in poker client. Hope they'll fix it soon.

its just took everyones money last night on poker and still missing

i ve got the same problem, and my forum messages have been deleted..without any message to me

Technicians still sorting out some issues with the site.
No info on when the site will be back up.

Same problem logging in and tried changing password as well. When will this be fixed.?

Hi got the same problem. I can log into my account on betfair.com but not into the poker

cant login either, only refund half my money. there really taking the mick now.

site is a joke played poker 3 times yesterday only lasted seconds b4 i was taken off table and money taken from account  pissed off with site boden 31

Couldn't log in yesterday, can't log in today. Says invalid username/password but can log in to main site and bet on other sports.
Emailed Betfair yesterday but no response. Don't bother phoning it will cost more hanging on than you could lose at Poker.
What a shambles. Why can't they post decent messages on the main site to keep people up to date.
An absolutely disgraceful organisation with no concept of customer relations. How many people are they going to sack? Start at the top!!!

It makes u laugh how they say they will keep u updated on here but they havent updated anything since yesterday - its ridiculous

I cant log in either still says the session has timed out if go to the play instantly through the browser says session has timed out try logging in again no joy either.

If I go through the download package i get in but it asks me to login and I use my original betfair name and password but says invalid but have already signed in...

Any issues here I wonder.

Yep i`m getting the same problem. I`ve changed my password and manage to logon the website fine after changing password, however it will not let me login with the poker software, its really annoying :(

It must just be the poker client as it says that the session has timed out. I think there is a problem with the server and some technical help is needed as sessions should not time-out before they have been created perhaps problem lies with the thread system.

I had my money taken on SUNDAY and they then carried on doing it!

Been unable to log in yesterday or today.  Took some money from me too.  Might get it back when issue resolved. Only small changebut would still like it back.  It would be good if betfair would inform players about problem with an email instead of leaving us to wonder what is going on.
