O.k can I have an answer from the emplyer from betfair why their stupid, useless app does not work for a high percentage of people.
The app has terrible reviews on the iphone, extremely bad with people SHOUTING about the exact 2 problems I am having.
The betfair app as 100s of others tell you works fine from home, but go away from home and it comes up with 'login error' when the password is the blooody same as people keep logging in with.
I have been told by their useless I.T team to
Reload the app (Don't work)
Change your password (Don't work)
Change your settings , this has been used 3 times (Don't work)
Right use iphonebetfair through safari (Don't work) as this clever solution comes up with "Sorry you are trying to log in from a restricted country' oh they have tried numerous suggestions for me to fix this and nothing has worked. Again people are telling you on the reviews that this is a very common problem.
2 problems that not one other gambling site has, yet they don't have a single answer. If I worked for their I.T team I would be sacked, what the frig do they pay them for.
Stuff your betfair mobile, don't listen or react to reviews, to people who email you, keep posting on here and die a slow death.

It's a shame to hear you're having such problems... and I agree that these problems are also being experienced by some other customers. However, it's worth noting that the apps work perfectly fine for the vast majority of customers - hundreds of thousands of them.
Obviously this is no consolation to you though. Problems can stem from a number of places... it would help if you could give me a couple of pieces of information: - What phone are you using? - Which product are you trying to use (aside from touch.betfair.com)? - Where are you located? - Which network are you on? (sometimes the problems can stem from the operator and are nothing to do with Betfair)

There are your answers, nothing complicated, it's just unreal how you have no answers, everytime I email they tell me to try different things and I am very techie and some suggestions like change your password are just beyond clueless. Again I repeat every other gambling app works totally fine, inc spread firms, sporting, spreadex, high street firms, not a single issue, no location, network or phones issues. I build websites and run a hosting company and not once have I not been able to sort a problem out, ever.

Network, if it was oranage again the figures would be many thousands and a quick call to Orange would solve it, but it can't be this as every single other app works, so that again would fall back to your app.
Can't be the phone as this iphone is pretty much what it was built for
So all questions are irrelevant, one person experiencing problems is more than enough. Don't fool yourself this is a small problem, people who sctually complain or leave reviews just scratch the surface. How your team can'r figure out or research why these problems occur is truly beyond me.

I still can't understand how they have no idea what causes both problems? It is beyond belief that they can't understand/figure out why these 2 seperate problems happen. People on this forum have more ideas and have figured out certain solutions themselves.
why they have not even attempted to fix them? As you have stated it is a big problem with many complaints, this comes from around 10% of people who use the forum or leave feedbcak on apps, most don't, so the problem will be massive, yet it seems of no concern. Any other compmay would make it a priority and it would be solved within no time.
Your last point that they may need to ask me more questions? Jesus christ I have no invented the app or iphone, I have told you all I know and what network I am using, there is nothing else to know.
Again I will repeat as it does not seem to sink in, not one other app gives me any problem at all, if they can figure it out and as you know are built mostly by outside developers, who the hell is your so called team? All bugs are fixed on other apps once it is made clear from feedback they are there, just ASK why these problems are occuring, it's easy and fix them.
