I'm trying to access betfair website from BB Bold 9780 (OS 6).
At first, I hope to have the desktop version, same display with laptop.
But then, I'm directed to mobile.betfair.com, which I may download betfair application or use lite version.
While the lite is too simple, I download the application.
Download and installation successfull.
But when I run the application, it keeps telling me Error-27 (network failure).
(before there's notification that the application has no signature, I choose Yes to trust/allow, and then error 27 occurs)
What should I do?

It sounds like your APN settings are not correct. Please follow this link and you should be able to find a solution:

I have read that FAQ before.
But, there's no "Advanced Options" to set TCP/IP in my Options menu (Bold 9780 / Onyx2).
What should I do?

Interesting... It should be in Options -> Device -> Advanced System Settings -> TCP IP.
If it's not there then i suggest you call your service provider and ask how you can change your APN settings.
