Have you tried going to mobile.betfair.com on your device and downloading the java application?

when i go to betfair mobile and enter my details it says download betfair mobile to a blackberry 9300, if i download this when i go to run it it says network failure, please try again?

Have you tried setting an APN apropriate for your operator in TCP/IP settings? This generally should solve any problems with connectivity as Blackberry contracts can differ on what kind on network access you can use.

im the same keep getting network error dont think its possible on curve i have been trying for months

have you checked the above... works for most people i know who had problems with Blackberry...

I get the same problem with the blackberry curve 9300. i spoke to betfair and they said that alot of people experience the network fail 27...

hopefully they will have a software update soon to fix the problem. As for the APN settings, mine are all correct, even spoke with my network provider. Its the app that seems to be the problem!
