Betfair Touch problems

Anyone else experiencing problems with this application?  I was betting on the Youzhny v Kavcic tennis match last week  using betfair touch when once again I was experiencing  problems with the application which cost me approx. £84.  I had a £413 green on Kavcic (and zero on Youzhny) but when Younzhny reached 1.5 I went to transfer £200 on him so I could get healthy greens on both players.  However the application was playing up again and put 2 x £200 bets on Youzhny totally messing everything up.  When I realised that two bets of £200 (£400 in total) had been transferred from Kavcic to Youzhny and not just the initial bet of £200 at 1.51 I then was left with a very smal green on Kavcic so I transferred £100 back to Kavcic (at odds of 2.62) to get healthy greens on both players again. However again to my horror the application had done two times £100 bets and not just one so I ended up again with a large green on Kavcic (thpough less then I originally had) and just a £16 green on Youzhny. If the application hadn't of been messing about I would have ended up with a green of about £100 on Youzhny and approx. £200 on Kavcic. I am really not happy one bit because as I have said through no fault of my own the bets were all messed up.  I am so livid about this.  I am in dispute with Betfair as, as I see it Betfair are liable.
