Blackberry 8520 Betfair app

I had betfair mobile application installed on my blackberry. Unfortunately had to return my blackberry for a new one which has the same number. Now trying to download betfair mobile again but...........I go to the download page, put my number in, get an sms, click on the link on the sms, takes me back to the download page, click download, put my number in, get another sms, click on the link (yes it takes me round in circles)..............no download..........................tried help desk, told I'd be sent a link, still waiting..................anybody help?
