1. What phone are you using?
2. How are you trying to download the app?
3. Have you made sure that your network operator has age verified you.

iphone.betfair.com is ok, but nowhere near as usuable as Betfair Mobile. [>o]

Unfortunately the Java App won't run on the iPhone, Apple only want you to use applications served through their App Store. Betfair are the only betting company with real money iPhone Apps so far - worth checking it out. Although it's not as detailed as the Java app I'm guessing they will update regularly if Apple let them.
