I called them yesterday for the 4th time, and told them its 3 weeks or more whats going on..?? he said they know about it, so hopefully it will be fixed soon...

Cant believe it takes so long to sort a small issue.

Best thing is for people to phone them and complain the more callls they get the better, as they dont even look here I bet.

Betfair mobile is disaster in last 5-6 weeks. Maybe they haven't server(or someone stole server), because always I see message: no respond from server. Signed

since the so called upgrade its been a disaster when im losing and try too get a bet on server not responding done me out of alot of money and i dont know how my phone is in 1 piece

Lads give it a whirl now think its working, but we'll see at the end of the day...

All previous issues affecting Betfair Mobile and Betfair Lite have now been resolved.

Signing in - it's an absolute disgrace.

Nah mine is not working still java app, very slow loading markets and refreshing.


Anyone else getting this?

sh1t again today.. full 3g signal fully charged...... I keep trying because i want to get best price but almost at end of tether now... run 365 at same time as a safety net. This site is slick fast and reliable... Betfair please ask them how they do it ?

Betfair are the Ryanair of betting,have loads of profits but the worst customer care of any company.Betfair mobile was down last monday night but they didnt know about it until 9.00am tuesday and then didnt place the info on website until 11.00.They dont have a Helpdesk just "im not sure about that, i think we have ticket somewhere"

Just got my phone upgraded and was looking forward to using it for Betfair. What a let down, must admit at first I thought it might have been my choice of mobile, Nokia x 6, but having read some of the threads on here, it obviously is not.

Please sort it out Betfair, if not straight away, in time for the World Cup.

signed in - fed up with the app just logging me out and when you do want to log in you have to put in your username and password every time - what a waste of time.. just keep me logged in..

Session Expired messages again. As soon as the world cup matches start, thats it. Cant keep logged in for more than 5 mins. Seems like the server just isn,t strong enough to cope with all the traffic. So looks like we,ve got to suffer 6 weeks of session expired messages!!!!
