How much fixed price money finds its way into the totes or here? In the olden days there was industry rules regarding back bets, Hardly matters now but I was just wondering (as I do sometimes)
How does over eight million dollars $8 000 000.00 a year get to be spent on racing integrity in Victoria----and tubing "milkshakes" on course on major race days goes unnoticed until a whistle-blower steps up!! - imagine the skulduggery on the lesser provincial tracks.
Rather than the integrity unit concede that there are areas they can improve on why not SACK them all (simply on the basis of the reputation damage caused to the industry by their negligence) and reappoint others (perhaps less self indulgent).
