How much fixed price money finds its way into the totes or here?
In the olden days there was industry rules regarding back bets,
Hardly matters now but I was just wondering (as I do sometimes)

How does over eight million dollars $8 000 000.00 a year get to be spent on racing integrity in Victoria----and tubing "milkshakes" on course on major race days goes unnoticed until a whistle-blower steps up!! - imagine the skulduggery on the lesser provincial  tracks.

Rather than the integrity unit concede that there are areas they can improve on why not SACK them all (simply on the basis of the reputation damage caused to the industry by their negligence) and reappoint others (perhaps less self indulgent).

The level of negligence with this level of budget is beyond doubt comprehension----without sacking/dismissing the current integrity unit---the level of competence cant change.

RV has been keen in the past to promote their 'Raceday Compliance Unit', even allowing the Herald Sun to do puff pieces on their detective prowess.

We were encouraged to believe that there was no length this crack squad wouldn't go to nick a racing crim.

Its beyond belief there are not cctv camera's in every stall/ or covering say 10 stalls etc --either with or without real time security watching---just having video footage that can be viewed by security personnel might be a deterrent

Man ////Crazythis level of incompetence beyond belief  Crazy

If I didn't have so much time vested and invested in horse racing (curiously Vic only/ though I am in Qld)--I would be very very reluctant to enter as a full time punter after all this incompetence and or reckless disregard --which is what it is---has now come to light
