Found MAWAHIBB on top, but can't touch those odds.  No bragging rights there.  So having a go at a couple again.

WELL SIGHTED seems ridiculous price.  Met the favourite 2 starts ago, beaten .4 lengths, taking .5 seconds off it in the final 200m, with this race an extra 200 metres.  Fav will be right in it, but no reason this should be paying 20s, vs 2.50 the fav.

The other one, is TRUCULENT.  Will be last rounding the turn, and capable of a big sprint.  Last start was wide the trip and pulled down, but ran splits of 10.68 10.61 11.16 from the 1000 to 400.  Holds off a bit, those sort of times well good enough to get passed them here.  Wouldn't be touching it sub 10, but 260+ looks pretty nice to me.

Glad you havent called Holler..Have it as a confident lay at 3.85 ish

sounds like a great crowd at the valley - about the only part I miss in not going to the track

someone had $10K up for the taking during the run on oils at good odds

2 more.  Obviously on Criterion in the Cox Plate.  And think TURN ME LOOSE looks a bit of a special at those odds.  Would flip odds with the favourite and consider it about right.

Yeah, think the Cleaner may have to be added at 17+ to the Criterion bet...

But in saying that, Turn Me Loose was clearly the best horse in the race...

Bow Creek was probably a better run

for what it is worth GAILO CHOP(23) in the cox plate looks a good pre race back to lay at shorter in the run. should see the trip out and may be handy imo. I am taking on AROD in the place market. its just ticked past 7.00 am from where I am writing and want to wish everyone good luck with all bets today.

1st, 2nd and 4th all came through along the rail.  A touch unlucky Criterion, copped a massive check.

Heavily backed fav wins the Cox Plate and there appears to be stunned silence..

the interesting runner imo was the third horse .. aidens ... must have lost about 3 litres of electrolytes mucking up behind the gates in the last few minutes before the jump .. great effort it

those that remember the good ol ...  ALHIGH/STAR OF THE MAGI ... days (whiskers might remember) when the MASTER was tipping us some big winners/odds from the aquanita link will remember the filly  ... HVEGER

alhigh tipped it to us when tony vasil took her over the Adelaide for the Oaks .. alhigh gave her a top chance in the race

and she ran third for us at ... 50/1 on here .. great days

well HVEGER is the dam of Highland Reel .. small world .. and a link to Oz again for Aiden ..

no doubt Hartley will commend us on our breeding stock
