You're right! Who was smart enough to put some cash on Gold Coast today? Saints are paying good odds, I've gone with Port though which I'm slightly regretful about, who else is tipping????

I was going to say just like North Melbourne but I have the same feeling, it's about time the Saints won and Port lost but for my committed bets I hope I'm wrong

They were home at halftime in all reality, collingwood were very fumbly and not switched on all day, suns pressure was terrific, again pies lack of avenues to goals extremely costly. I saw all the signs that the pies were not up for the battle and never layed off, (not overly clever) too busy concentrating trying to dig myself out of a hole at the races. Not a particularly good weekend currently.

Gold Coast slaughtered by the umps as well. Unbelievable some of the frees against them. Couldn't get within 10 mts of Cloke without him getting a free.

just had another all up cats 1.22, into lions 1.30 into dockers 2.25 into swans 1.52 comes to 5.42 something, to get square on the footy and will be on the dockers strong.

The Pies are cold out of Melbourne at the moment, Lets Elope you always have the next few weeks to get back what you lost on the races - I've actually found the NBA Summer Basketball series to be REALLY GOOD! I put 2 blind guesses on the favourites ($1.82 AND $1.42) respectively and won both this morning. Port are either going to make or break my weekend.

just got 1.63 in the run about the lions at quarter time, they're not playing as well as they can currently and the dees are putting up a real fight but am backing them in to wear the dees down.

great play from handley results in a green goal and the lions back in front albeit only by a point

The last few minutes of that first half it looked as though the lions were starting to run much harder than the dees were. If they keep up that sort of work rate they should be able to work their way right on top in the 2nd half.

well done stakes lions finally put the game beyond doubt after toying with them for most of the 2nd half (they're not good enough to be toying with anyone just yet and I don't think Voss wouldn't be too happy with that fact) , lions by 19 with 2min 32 left.

must have been a good finish I kept watching the score and the saints obviously kept coming in the 2nd half after giving away a huge start and the actually got back nto 1.50 favourite on 365 in that final quarter I almost went and backed port out of principle at that stage but never bothered in the end.
