Ok, was not going to bother after a terrible spring carnival 
But hey, the bookies cleaned up so one or two of them might come along and buy us a drink
Anyways - 2 suggestions from me to start things off
1 - Moonee Valley Night Races - Friday December 7 - it's a long shot but all going to plan a horse I have a very small interest in could be running. I could knock off work early, start at maybe the Taberet after lunch, races that night and if we're winning who knows
2 - A traditional Tuesday night event - December 11 would be my pick - maybe the same as last year - Exford, Chinese, see what happens
I figured 2 weeks notice would give people enough time to get ready, hopefully

will be with you in spirit only womble as I am having my major operation on the 6th dec and will be 'out of action' for at least 2 months they tell me.Lots of follow up procedures as well i'm told so I'm in for a long haul.
Nevertheless to those of you who have not attended one of these nights I can highly recommend both the company and the riotous fun so get along and join in.

Keep meaning to go to one of these, I am over that side of town on the Friday, would love to stop in at the MV races.
