Kieren Fallon http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk

YOU can’t say I didn’t tell you how strongly I fancied Society Rock last week, as we even shouted it out on the front page and boy did he win.

I don’t think I have ever travelled so fast on a racehorse as when I let him go, it was some feeling.

This fellow was the forgotten horse of the race, which I found hard to believe as he had won the Golden Jubilee, finished third on desperate ground in the July Cup, but more importantly would have beaten Black Caviar had he not missed the break when Johnny [Murtagh] rode him at Royal Ascot. And I don’t say that flippantly, I genuinely do think he would have beaten the Aussie superstar

Would'a, Could'a, Should'a.... LaughLaughLaugh

So what?

He invents a hypothetical race (SR doesn't miss the start) to prove that SR WOULD'VE beaten BC, in a race that actually happened...... where SR misses the start and BC is injured in running, and BC still manages to hold off all challengers and even fights back when it looked like it was going to be headed.

SR DIDN'T beat Black Caviar. FACT.

Black Caviar was injured during the race. FACT.

BC won the race. FACT.

Get over it.

Nothing to get over this end, only one supreme racehorse ran that week.We all know who.

About 10 sprinters sitting in their boxes in Australia would have beaten Black Caviar that day too.  A real shame English racing fans weren't able to enjoy seeing her at her best.

I can't see how they could've beaten her by sitting in their boxes back in Australia.
It was one of her best wins.

It's like Justin Gatlin saying if i didn't miss the start, I would've beaten Bolt in that Olympic final. LaughLaugh

And that's without Bolt pulling a muscle in running and still winning.

Of course it's nothing like it.

That's my whole point...LaughLaugh

It's nothing like reality...

IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

BLACK CAVIAR WON THE RACE

THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED.

That's the reality.

GET OVER IT.

What's the difference between Fallon saying SR would have won if he hadn't fallen out of the stalls and you saying IF BC was at her best she would have won 6 lengths?

You clearly know nothing about racing, you realise BC was injured don't you? Her true form would beat SR by 10 lengths, conservatively

I know more than you ever will, all your horses are injured when they don't perform up to scratch.

You just a common English women basher, anyone who understands racing properly can see you only have a very basic idea of how to assess form and horses generally

Show me the working....how does BC ever beat SR by 10?
By:
Aussie Driver
When: 13 Sep 12 23:41
Every time based on her true averaged form. You are obsessed with one run when was injured, just shows how little you know about asseessment when placing all stock in one run

No answer, well done.By the way our best sprinter is Deacon Blues who has been injured.

You think it is amazing that a horse gets injured when travelling across the other side of the world! Wow, no wonder you are a mug punter, you really don't understand horses do you

Half the euro horses have performed horribly in the mc, especially the really good ones. Your argument there only enhances mine. Not very good at this are you

Check the results and then check the betting for this year's race.

Results support it, the good ones have failed more often than not. Seeing now why you are a mug punter, absolutely no idea of assessing horses

It is easy to spot a mug punter when you have done this properly for a while. Not arguing with insignificant people like you all day, you clearly have a dull life being on here after midnight every night. Hope things pick up for you
