Report whoopi August 30, 2012 3:17 AM BST

Report spyvspy27 August 30, 2012 3:20 AM BST
Maybe you're right about him weighing in light, i don't recall though, and 3 times on country tracks in 3 months is quite a lot, but 3 months is only a small timeframe, i doubt it would happen once a month over the long haul, my guess would be maybe once a year, but its only a guess
Report whoopi August 30, 2012 3:22 AM BST
you're right about that average...but the frequency has increased in the past couple of years.

I bet in that race and backed the winner bolton which was racing well and was very well placed in that race and he has far more class and ability than Apres a cat, Royal Mail, a handy horse. Watch the replay and judge for yourself Apres given every possible mortal hope and Royal Mail simply not good enough after being given every chance.

Bolton's stable is a betting stable when they like one of theirs as they showed again when they had the balls to back in their good judgment and to have a very sneaky go on at long prices on Sea Lord first up at MV last Saturday.

caulfield race 7 february 4, 2012 type in 4.2.12 exactly as it appears here in the search box and scroll down to the race

Gee you guys are willing to swallow some absolute craap, if you spent as much time studying form as you do about whinging who pulled up what supposedly, you might actually regularly back a winner.
Report spyvspy27 August 30, 2012 4:32 AM BST

Report whoopi August 30, 2012 4:35 AM BST

Report Lets Elope August 30, 2012 4:36 AM BST
Lost little to no ground and had its chance and couldn't get anywhere near the winner, well and truly had its chance, talk about jumping at shadows.

Like I said spend more time studying form than what may or may not have happened in a race and your strike rate will improve dramatically.
Report Joel August 30, 2012 4:36 AM BST

Report spyvspy27 August 30, 2012 4:38 AM BST

You know nothing about my strike rate Mr Elope, but i know a lot about yours, especially the ones you post after the ball
Report Lets Elope August 30, 2012 4:39 AM BST
Doesn't mean its correct, Whoopi.

I really dont care one way or another but show me a race with something substantial and then I might agree but there is nothing in either the cranbourne race or this one to suggest that the horses were ridden not to fulfill their best possible placings or to prevent them from winning.

Clearly the best horse on the day won on both occasions.
Report spyvspy27 August 30, 2012 4:43 AM BST
So what about all the police info, cops just making things up?
Report Lets Elope August 30, 2012 4:50 AM BST
I know you spend a hell of a lot of time whinging about how this one and that one was ridden suspect, time that could be spent far more constructively, analysing why you got the race wrong in the first place and improving your own form assessment.

Joel I backed the winner because I was on it at flemington when it trotted in the previous start and the horse was flying and it was pitchforked into that race, and it's a horse with some sembalance of class racing against cats and it's a horse I've alway had time for and I love to back horses with a touch of class when they're in the right race, plus the trainer is a very, very good trainer.

When they bet, they very rarely miss, he improves other peoples horses significantly, places them well and is not afraid to have a bet and more often not when they do, he is correct, all of which are the signs of a very good trainer.
Correct me if I'm wrong but stables like that are worth following, especially when they have the best horse in the race.
Report VeryLTU August 30, 2012 4:50 AM BST

I'm not saying that all I've said if you guys can actually read which I'm severely beginning to doubt, is that there was nothing untoward in either of those two races in the manner in which the horses were ridden, how hard is that for you to fathom, that is my opinion and I stand by it and from experience the overwhelming majority of cops are just as dumb, just as corrupt, as the bloody stewards themselves, so do your form, analyse your races properly and move on.

You're like a bunch of little old ladies, the way you lot carry on.

Maybe they would've won anyway....who cares?
It's whether the conspiracy to manipulate the results occurred or not that matters.
Report Lets Elope August 30, 2012 5:15 AM BST
As long  as they don't ride in an untoward or uncompetitive manner that affects the result of a race I couldn't care less about whatever comnplete and utter fantasy they concoct amongst themselves in order to hoodwink someone off track to get something for themselves on the side, I only care if the horses are being ridden to their true ability and if they are well and good.

Why would anyone even ask such a question!

It suggests that something was significant about the 3rd placegetter.

So you concluded that by watching the video from the link.
