A SOUTH Australian couple may be the first to be charged with offences under the Environmental Protection Act - as a direct result of their noisy sex.

place i live in a couple before this one had pretty thin walls and similar neighbours to the story - usually after midnight on a Friday or Saturday night. It didn't really bother me much until I saw the out the front one day, it was never the same after that
