You can never be found guitly of libel, if it is proven that what you are saying is the truth. |
By:
big difference between posting anonymously and proving what you say in a court of law.
No publisher would touch it. |
By:
What about News Limited?
By:
be a fascinating book though....story after story of being banned by a bookie.
Better than Stillnox |
By:
Agree, but surely anyone serious about wrting a book on this subject, would need more than ancedotes on an internet forum.
By:
whoopi...YES it is an eBook. Why dont you say something helpful to people without being negative? This is the Chapters so far:

FW,
As someone who has managed to stay one step ahead for many years, happy to provide input and advice. Message me whenever you like. It's worth pointing out that I have found more difficulty this year but am still alive, so to speak. |
By:
Mr Flatwhite it's funny that you see my advice as negative when I'm just counselling you to seek legal advice before embarking on a path of self destruction.
Or just go ahead and put all that you own at risk....your choice. |
By:
FW,
whoopi has a point. Large companies, especially ones as potentially unscrupulous as bookmakers should not be underestimated. The truth doesnt always set you free. Do your due diligence before embarking. |
By:
line your ducks up.
verify the the authencity of stories, if you don't, the major repercussion would be lose of credibilty. ergo you may do more harm than good. BUT if you can get good hard credible evidence, (emails sacking punters etc) Go for your life good luck and I want a signed copy ![]() |
By:
Look the purpose behind the eBook is to help punters and I have been flooded with complaints about restrictions and sackings. The % of the people who win does not line up with the people who are sacked oror restricted
By:
The real life testimonials will be from real people and if I cannot mention their name I will not mention the bookie. There is clearly many smart things that punters can do like Crazy Snake has clearly done. The eBook will be FREE.....
By:
Crazy Snake let us know your devious methods for survival or do you get restricted?
By:
My restrictions are ever increasing, FW, but because I stick to one code (mostly) and my activities are predictable they seem to let some of my stuff slide.
I did ring Sportsbet up recently and ask them to provide me a written explanation as to why they have restricted me and to what level, but they declined to accept my kind invitation. It's curious, however, that I have lost recently with them to the tune of several thousand dollars and my limits seem to have been doubled as a result... |

Understand that it is a 100% Irish Management now, they may not understand the Australian culture well but they are very good at running a business.
By:
Yes, it's Paddy Power. I guess it depends upon what you call running a business, and how you define good.
If p!ssing the customers off routinely and creating bad will amongst some very big and influencial punters (not me) is good, then you're right. The Pinnacle model is so much better. Let winners win and losers lose and make damn sure you understand correct pricing, how to manage it and for what risk. Long live the Pinnacle model. I hope Paddy Power and companies like them go to the wall. They deserve nothing less. |
By:
Snake, you may not like them but you have to respect what they have achieved. They would be very happy to have no big puntersas they have a million little ones that punt in $5 and $10 which adds up over 12 mths.
By:
what have they achieved flat???? to have the bookie industry name at the worst its been in living memory, for the australians to have completely sold out to foreign concerns, to give unsrupulous credit to the uneducated gamblers, to take profiling of accounts to extreme and turn the whole experience into a sterile numbers game.
yeah i really find that good for the industry |
By:
I cant blame them for selling...most people I know would cop $100m plus

FW,
Please refer to the thread sportsbet.com.au/IASbet.com.au and add your thoughts if you wish. With respect, I think we need more than just an ebook. I got banned this week and I have cracked it. |
