I have a True Story about Renaissance Man. I had a $32 All Up 6 Races Hunter Cup night. The Last leg was Renaissance Man. Every Leg Won it was about $23000 i had going into Renaissance Man, It was a Night i backed the Card at The Valley and Posted Every Winner on the Forum before i went. Was the Night of the Bushfires. After so many Vodkas and Making a Mistake on Betfair Laying a Douglas Horse that was 1.50 in. I was Laying in the Place Market by mistake and couldnt believe i kept Getting Matched. And would you believe Cracker told m i had layed it the Place not Win. It ran Stone Last. Was Blessed. But after that the Computer was Put back in a friend Car all Bets on. Back to the Story I was that Cashed Up and Full of Vodka didnt have a Clue how much was going onto Renassance Man and couldnt be fkd till Crackers and some of the Boys were working it out and told me Go Back Bells and Wistles as its a Moral. I think i had $200 on. Was worst ever Drive on Renassance man and knocked over by Bells and Wistles. Even G1 said to me it would get upheld the whole Course was around me as they had seen the ticket. Well of coure Potest that went 30 mins Disissed. nearly everybody said i was robbed. Since that night i have backed that stupid horse every start. Had some Wins but lost more. Its a Layers Dream. But as always gets me. I did win 9k that night and is still my Biggest ever win. If anybody can bring that thread up they can see i tipped the Card an some at $14 Good luck Renaissance man. I will be on only because of this i just cant get away from it. If you layed my horse Mister Scorcher every start you woul be miles in front. But nor Ronnnnnnny Cheer Him for a Top 3 Run Sat night. Yes they did, that was canned (I think they still have some scheduled later in the season). The concept behind the Friday night meeting is to combine the old Friday arvo in the country with the metro meeting so they can all race in town (or Melton, which is 'town' for Vic harness)

(b) because it can't win, has enjoyed suck runs last couple and finished where it has almost by default. Horse is no good
