 Eagle Farm and Gold Coast off Heavy rain in South East Queensland has claimed the two major race meetings in the region on Saturday. The Eagle Farm meeting was pulled on Saturday morning after heavy downpours forced the track to be downgraded from a heavy (8) to a heavy (10) before 8am. The rainfall continued and a track inspection after 8am saw race club officials and stewards call off the Group II Victory Stakes card. Brisbane Racing Club and Racing Queensland officials are giving consideration to running the Group II Victory Stakes (1200m), the Group III Gunsynd Classic (1600m) and the Listed Tails Stakes (2100m) on Wednesday at Eagle Farm. A decision is expected during Saturday. Meanwhile, The Gold Coast meeting was abandoned at 6.30am on Saturday following heavy overnight showers.  |

Our Serena changed stables, horses usually run better with a change, worth a dollar or 2 at 100-1 in the cup and form aint too bad in simular fields.
