However, once I reached the wagering target of £80 my balance from £54 only showed £20, the max I could withdraw - the remainder vanished into thick air ie I cannot play on using them as stake.

What a con? Max winnings is £20 (withdraw limit) despite the game indicating a much larger payout in their advertisement/promotion.

No more bonus allowed on slots and games since winning and having the temerity to withdraw max allowed (£20) with 'billies'. Also, I believe the main aim of bonuses is to induce and eventually cause an (addiction) to play these slots or games.

No free lunch...has never been more true especially from a bookie.
