Money going missing when transferring between wallets

Transferred £400 into Exchange Games yesterday and having won £25.30 transferred £425.30 back into my main wallet last night. Money completely disappeared and there was no record of the transaction anywhere.

They have admitted there is a problem and I will get my money back but not a lot of confidence in the system if this sort of thing can happen. Any body else have a similar problem?
