Please help ! Wizard of odds

Played Wizard of odds game recently and got both Cauldron bonus and free spin bonus in the same spin. Allowed me to play through Cauldron bonus but free spin bonus is unplayable. Contacted customer services who advised to delete cookies and reload game. Sounds straight forward enough but they have removed the game as a playable option. Made them aware of this which they confirmed they are investigating and 2 weeks after the initial enquiry I have not received a response. Where do I go from here??
