Surely this is the bet this year.

Connections have gone all out targeting the race this year. Got a lovely weight, previous Aintree experience. Was absolutely cruising last year before being unlucky when Jacob was brought down.

Think they have targeted the race before and another one that seems to have doubtful stamina. It came down after about 3 miles last year so is entitled to be cruising as virtually everything else was.

Non-stayer for me too.

An interesting outsider might be Thunder and Roses if a)it doesn't go for Irish National and b) they get a good jockey

..... and c) it doesn't get balloted out.

On previous years it's certain to get in (famous last words). Forfeit stage on Tues I believe.

Oh and they don't take it out. Just interesting as an outsider, nothing more.

Had his chance , cross him off your list.

"Had his chance" ? Only run once in the race and was stopped by another horse falling in front when lying in the first 6 although early on. Not saying it will win but certainly one of the livelier outsiders I would think.

He's had 2 runs Bindaree, for info.

PS no strong opinion, and certainly not against him.

I know it also had a sighter in the Becher a couple of years ago before it went to Mouse Morris. It's won an Irish beating a subsequent GN winner and ran on really strong from the last in last years Irish, where Tiger Roll was pulled up and Haymount who was only 3 lengths behind Tiger at Cheltenham previously was also over 10 lengths farther back. This year it's mostly been ridden by a claimer. I do have reservations about whether it jumps really well, although it did last season when Davy Russell rode it (can't now as he wouldn't make the weight). I am only putting it forward as one of the more interesting outsiders and of course relying on it still retaining it's ability which as it's still only 10 is not unreasonable. Come tomorrow it may no longer be a runner but that's the problem when you have one owner whit a multitude of entries.
