I know he looks a little below the class needed to win this but then again his price reflects it.
He beat Sgt Reckless at wincanton in november and then he beat him again (giving him 3lb) at kempton on boxing day with Vaniteux also behind.
He then got beat by the county winner by 11L in heavy ground at cheltenham when giving him 8lbs. Irving easily beat him next time out, but if Irving really was below par at cheltenham and he did run below form then that run might not be that bad.
But given that he is priced at 15.5 & Sgt Reckless is priced at 6.2 then he must be overpriced imo, plus he has had a break and has shown form on a speed track.

Shocking performance, should have at least been in the mix for third. Even when he was in front he never gave the impression he was ever going to pick up. They should test him but I doubt anyone will bother.
