Judo - I always seem to miss your big winners till I hear about them after the race.

Please can you post on this thread before the Grand National because I could do with a nice-priced winner.

Thanks

Yes, come on Judorick, you've pointed out some good winners before!

I reckon judo's pick(s) will come from

Burton Port
The Package
Shackalackaboomboom
Lion Na Bernai

I've really missed Rick's Aintree analysis this year.
Report PeteTheBloke April 3, 2014 8:12 PM BST
He was on after the Cheltenham GC to tell us how he'd tipped the winner. I confidently expect to see
a post from him by 4.35pm on Saturday. I just hope I see it at 4.10pm because he always gets the winner
of these big races.

He's the man.

RightJudgeIam is Judo?

Thanks Tucho.
Report marychain1 April 4, 2014 10:51 PM BST
Yes. Have you seen the aftertimers article? Well funny, sure someone will post a link.
Report slowerthanjohn April 4, 2014 11:18 PM BST
Do not make his ego any bigger! He already thinks God answers to himWhoops We all have opinions but only JudoPricks countCrazy
Report Ibrahima Sonko April 5, 2014 8:05 AM BST
25 points, im a small time punter compared to most on here but one point equals £100 in my book.

over 2.5k invested on lottery Crazy
Report PeteTheBloke April 5, 2014 12:36 PM BST
It's funny how these trends can differ so much. The bloke in my paper analysed trends and got Pineau de Re.

Judo does them and gets Monbeg Dude, Shakalakaboomboom, Colbert Station & Across The Bay.

http://www.olbg.com/blogs/post.php?id=406863 Gives Big Shu, Mr Moonshine, Pineau de re
Report breadnbutter April 5, 2014 12:48 PM BST
not really ,you make you own trends ,look at the last 5-10-20 or how ever many results you like ,look at winners ,seconds or the first four home .Draw a criteria up and then apply to this years race .
The race is changing but there will be one or two in under the radar ,thats what these trends are trying to locate .

not a big trends follower  myself but they have their fans ....Laugh
Report Facts April 5, 2014 1:25 PM BST
All past trends ( prior to 2013)relating to The National  are now irrelevant Imo.

Good point Facts. A decent staying hurdler will win it soon if they make the "fences" any softer.

Report jasey April 5, 2014 4:48 PM BST
You say that about the trends but Paul Jones trends based Aintree service and the bettrends handicap breakers (trends based) both put the winner up.

I had to check twitter too MaryChain! Looks like Judo didn't find the winner:

@RightJudgeIam: @TheParadeRing just cannot have Pineau, Raz, Prince or Balthazar myself, all very unlikely winners imo. BP,MD and ATB much better chances

so basically, he could have not got it more wrong if he had stuck a pin in it ?

The facts are we all get it wrong and for the times we do we should be grateful and rejoiceExcited but the genuis that is Judo is such a hard man to like! He states what can't win and has such an arrogance about him. I once questioned the trends and OMG I got it double barreledCrazy The worse thing about him is when he gives a good winner like in the Gold Cup he is so ungracious, a very unpleasant trait! Plus he started saying what Cue Card would have done to that field???? Physic as well as a know allLaugh
Report Ibrahima Sonko April 6, 2014 11:17 AM BST
i pick a 12/1 shot in a race at cheltenham, he tells me it doesnt fit the trends and then after it is beaten he tells me im a mug and he is good for tipping a .083/1 winner, priceless.

That bot even mentioning the threatening pm's he has sent me.
Report Ibrahima Sonko April 6, 2014 11:17 AM BST

Report slowerthanjohn April 6, 2014 5:46 PM BST
That's the measure of the man! A horrible individual then you get some who bow down and lick his ass! I don't mind disagreements and some banter but JudoPrick spouts bile. He is an egotistical arrogant buffoon and may long he hide away :)
Report PeteTheBloke April 6, 2014 5:47 PM BST

The guy sponsored my daughter's papraplegic boyfriend on his Cycle Across America

Just to even things up a bit.

If you don't like him, he's not even here anymore to ignore.
Report ThunderRoad April 8, 2014 12:52 PM BST
Roger, I should hope he sponsored him at least £50 given all the property he owned Laugh
Report rogerthebutler April 8, 2014 1:02 PM BST
Dunno what he's sponsored Rob

But at least he hasn't sat around and talked about it
Report PeteTheBloke April 8, 2014 8:40 PM BST
Judo's not a bad bloke. I was just trying to get him to post his winners here BEFORE the race so I could see them.
I genuinely don't think he's an aftertimer (in the normal sense of the word). It's just that he comes on here after
the event even if he's posted the winners in a completely different forum.
Report slowerthanjohn April 8, 2014 9:19 PM BST
So because he gives to charity that makes him ok? Jimmy Saville did a lot for charity didn't he? Judo is a horrible knob who knows everything and I hope we don't hear his condescending views anymore. I'm not looking to pick a fight or argument with anyone else on here because I have no problem with anyone but I'm putting my views openly about JudoPrick because I feel so strongly about them!
Report PeteTheBloke April 9, 2014 7:33 AM BST
You have to admire frank honesty.
Report rogerthebutler April 9, 2014 8:05 AM BST
Then I hope venting spleen on a newsgroup  / thread the guy no longer contributes to, gets your strong feelings out and makes you feel better.
Report slowerthanjohn April 9, 2014 6:34 PM BST
We are all entitled to our views and I appreciate we all differ in them, so I have no problem whatsoever someone who sticks up for him or likes him, thats what makes the world go round! So why does he no longer contribute? He is free to do so? and if he did I'd still say the exact same.
Report Ibrahima Sonko April 11, 2014 9:31 PM BST
I actually like judo (the info man) but to say he is a nice person because he donates is bizarre, roger.

When you and judo post, i actually take time to read your posts.

Doesnt make me a bad guy.
