Presumably the sudden strengthening is because BF have uploaded a video of PN saying how well he is. It's reminiscent of the "Across the Bay" withdrawal panic last year.

Hopefully not back in a bit now.

My idea of a horse that will go very well in the National - excellent form credentials, will be fresh and well for the race, reasonably treated at the weights, not over hyped and anything above 20/1 a steal, will be well supported over the coming days IMO. Dont understand the drift, maybe he came back after his gallop with a minor issue thats not been reported but PN has not mentioned anything, only Laddys 25, the rest 20s, decent price for a horse of his race credentials

Rocky Creek now solid enough on BF and once Ladbrokes move to 20s in line with the rest his odds will shorten on here, cant believe the price, 2nd in the Hennessy FTO this season is cracking form to take into this race as is his last race at Cheltenham, largely slipped under the hype radar this one, last chance to get on at a massive price before this week contraction of prices.

Can't have Rocky Creek at all for the National

Why??

Second season chaser with 7 chases under his belt, can't remember a horse winning this race with so little experience.

Neptune Collonge won off 157 Rocky is racing off 156 a massive task for an inexperienced horse racing in a specialist race.
Not saying he can't win but unlikely imo.

Totally the wrong profile for a national winner. Second season chasers have a horrendous record. But its not even that. He's just such a bottle merchant. Will curl up long before they turn for home.

2nd in a Hennessy will do for me profile wise

I am a big fan of the horse, but can't have him for this either. Massive leap of faith to think he will get the trip, as well as all the trends that go against him.

His run behind The Giant Bolster looks better now than it did at the time.

....and looks better still given Sylvia's win today.

Really can't understand why he is not at the top of the betting, maybe there has been a problem , he jumps in a tremendously assured way, his defeat by go balistic  has been given a
boost by that Horse running a close third in the GC.

He was giving Go Balistic  five,  pounds in the Argento, GB was trained for that race and came there a fresh Horse,  whereas  Rocky Creek  had a tough race at Newbury on  ground that was not ideal for him , he is a btter Horse than Tea for three and just as good a jumper .The clear pick  for me as well GL

Rocky Creek is my most favoured Grand National pick, for a number of years.

Immense quick and safe jumper, with a touch of class, from a top stable.

Currently 22s, but think he should easily be vying for favouritism.

I keep coming back to this horse, basically a massive fan of Triolo D'Alene but the profile of this horse fits.

Plus Fehily had the choice of riding t43 or this one.
