Fair enough I'll be a mug if it wins but how is this horse clear favourite?

not good enough last year (and a non-stayer IMO, led over the last & lost by 5L).  This year has 8lb more.   Cappa Bleu alone has a 7lb pull.

Katie is a great girl jockey but that only makes her an average jockey, it's not like she's worth half a stone off the horse.

False fav for me, I think the bookies are laughing all the way to the bank with this one.
Pause Switch to Standard View Seabass much too short?

Absolutely.Terribly handicapped, Girl jockey and the bookies raving about it to suck in the mugs.Won't win

agree with the OP too. Worth a place lay, let alone win lay

Agree. Had it to win last year at 46's. She gave it a peach of a ride and got a dream run the entire way and still wasn't good enough and didn't look to stay on. Higher weight, unlikely to get such a good run makes price far too short for me.

getting just 4 pounds from imperial commander. good luck katie! u will need it

A favourite that the books will be falling over themselves to lay later. I expect a drift.

yeah I was thinking this would drift on course once the market gets going there. I am very tempted to place lay it, I agree the pull at the weights has not been kind effectively the horse will need to be around 10 pounds better than last year in order to win. False favorite based on romanticism around the connections. I expect on course punters to back R Walsh and Mccoy as usual, can see both these shortening up at Seabass expense.

Ted Walsh said himself on Channel 4 just now that Seabass probably wont win..
