Heard he is fine after his recent fall and will run in the Bobbyjo at Fairyhouse end of February. National is a definite target, if 100% of course. Got some at 80's and 90's for small money myself. Weights will be out soon, so looking forward to seeing what the handicapper gives him. gltu

the pain of 2 years ago still hurts backed him when he won the paddy power and was sure he was a grand national horse then could be a nice each way bet this year

90/1 on BF now. Won't be that price after tomorrow. imo.

I backed him 2 years ago and backed Sunnyhill Boy last year
![]() My theory on Oscar Time is that he wants good ground but is a bridle ponce. He never finds as much as he promises. He did jump beautifully though. |

he runs in the BobbyJo don't he? I've had a few quid

Very disappointing today. Hopefully everything is ok and he still travels to Aintree. glta.

Oscar Time was slow away at the back and the winner stole 7L.
Todays race was not a handicap and he was not entitled to get even close on ratings. It was a very slow race which turned into a sprint from 2 out. If you have him for the GN don`t be too disappointed. He wants a good gallop on good ground. |

He ran well for you and Sam is good around Aintree is he not?

I was suprised to see 66s I thought 50 was generous... I do feel though Sam wanted to get round and enjoy the occasion... I am not sure he had the belief he could win it really... it was a similar ride to two years ago... but glad he got placed.
Hopefully the owners will buy another horse for the national next year. |
