Other than a mistake at one fence...not that serious... thought he looked very well and hardly noticed jumping some of the fences. While I backed him last year when he won, I thought at the time he'll struggle to win this year. The nearer the time comes however, I am persuaded he has not that many miles on the clock for his age...type to carry weight and while it's optimistic to win with his weight (will match only red rum in recent times) I think he has as good a chance as any. Anybody in doubt watch how he jumped last year and see his ears prick on the run in. I've followed prince de beauchene in recent years and unless mullins is a miracle worker I'm far from confined he'll stay or is the type to take to the fences. At the prices I think 16s is very fair ballabriggs.

Agreed, certainly got very good place claims imo. He will be no better than 10-1 on the day.
