Whatever, glad the gamble failed with all the guff about whether the horse had a setback or not. Have to say, ignoring all that, he's a bonny horse with a good attitude and a pleasing running style. I'll certainly look out for him in future.

“I think he’s even stronger now than he was when he won at Galway,” says the trainer thoughtfully. “He had a gallop at Leopardstown last Sunday, and I was delighted with him. He is fresh and well, and he loves good ground so, as long as there is no rain at Cheltenham, I’m very hopeful. I’d be delighted if he finished in the first four, but I’d be disappointed if he didn’t.” said flynn

leave him be reve..hes a bit of a fantasist on several threads here...likes insulting people and making out he knows every thing about everything to do with racing(which none of us do,but we know bit about bits of it)..my guess is that hes small in stature and bitter about a few things..hence the insults..

Half of south Kilkenny had him backed for the Greatwood, as did I, but he was very unlucky. Tom Doyle had a bit of a nightmare. I was hoping he'd be put a way with a view to the County Hurdle back at Cheltenham in March, but have heard that the Champion Hurdle is the plan. He only went up 2lbs for the Greatwood run so hopefully connections will decide to go for another big handicap.
