Can't believe that they think this will go off at single figure odds. All the stats against it.Way too short

I've always said 5lbs won't stop him and backed him at 22/1 weeks ago, plus he's in better form now than he was last year according to Jonjo.
That seemed to be the case at Cheltenham when he cruised up and seemed blow up in the Pertempts. No way were they ever going to make him a price on the day where a good profit could be had from him being in the first 5. He stands up he gets placed at least. Should go off about 6 or 7/1 |

Should be favourite. Been nailing at his price for weeks. A very real chance.

Giving weight all round in the best National for years, can't have him tbh
|

So there will be more than 1 horse within 25 lengths of him this time then [;)]

The best national for years? nota bad one but hardly great, the next horse in the weights is a nutcase and below him you have a horse who has been sidestepped by the stable jockey. Both of them are reknowned for spitting the dummy out.
No better than last years race mate and after halfway when they've thinned out it will become just another handicap. |

Big chance, but he wont beat Backstage[;)]

Traders dream IMO
Back him (at a price dictated by sane punters), lay him (at a price crucified by the grannies £1 EW bets), pocket the cash and stick it on a horse given half a hope by the handicapper. Always liked the horse, but to win off 11-10 as an 11 y/o against a very respectable field like this would need a red rum esque performance. He's good but surely not that good!!!??? |

THE GROUND IS RIGHT WE HAVE OUR HORSE

I backed him at 22 and will lay half off so don't need to worry but you don't have to be Red Rum.
Red Rum carried 10stone and ended up giving weight to L'Escagot not going up 5lbs and giving a few pounds to What A Friend who wouldn't even come close to winning a Gold Cup. Handicapping has changed dramatically since those days and the opportunity for a horse with a touch of class like Don't Push It is much greater. I certaily wouldn't want to be leading with him and AP up my backside at the 2nd last tomorrow. Got a great chance if he can steer clear of trouble |

Would LOVE to see him win again, fingers crossed for a safe trip round. Go on McCoy!!!

yep i've ginally come round to realizing that he will win again....and the story of course is that you wait 15 years for one and then 2 come along one after another.

I'm absolutely amazed he's favourite on here.

Class horse.
Goes on the ground. Jumped the fences like a stag lto. Only one horse came near last time. Ran Denman close and ran Big Bucks as close as any. His negatives are: "He's carrying a lot of weight"... Struggling for any others. Still think he would have won off 11 10 last year and see no reason why he can't be there or therabouts this time I'm open to be convinced otherwise. |
