the dealer was today's crafty card player and moved up 2 places into 3rd with an Italian 11/1 winning nap ,

NB was Halley who halved the gap to the leader with a ragged 9/1 success.

Elsewhere Tempel leapt 7 places into 4th with an 8/1 winner,

Her Indoors bounded 16 places from the pit into 12th with a 7/1 chance,

Poppydog jumped 6 places into 9th with a 10/3 number,

bluenose7 improved 5 places into 15th with a 9/4 success and

Flemski held station with an 11/8 nap while,

Kirriemuir and Dublo Seven weighed-in with odds-on shots.

Hard luck for McNaught who caught the post with a 22/1 effort. Very UL there.
