A good couple of days for my lucky pin which managed to land on 50-1 shocker Azleet for 2pts and today Run To Freedom 28-1 for a point.
GRP888 finishes runner-up following her big-priced brace of winners yesterday - Magic Effort 20-1 and Archers Bay 16-1.
Trusty was keen on the chance of Run To Freedom and his 2pt win on Henry Candy's gallant veteran sees him finish in third place.
bluenose7 and tictacman1 share the spoils for 4th place, and THE M*FF FUFFLER claims the final overall points place.
Well done to everyone else who managed to end the meeting in profit, and thanks to all for ensuring a good turnout for the opening BMC of the season.
A long way to go in the overall competition, particularly as extra points are up for grabs in the longer comps, and Foyleswar's Snaffles print will be a lovely prize to win!
The Newmarket Guineas festival is the next BMC.
