Welcome back all to the latest team competition, where in the past we have tended to flatter to deceive and normally run out of stamina late on.Reports from the training centres suggest that training has been going well, so lets hope that we can repeat that form when the competition starts. Seems very weak in the market now, no obvious reason why it can't do well.

A few to choose from today. There were a couple of biggish priced ones at Hexham I was thinking of, but perhaps I should play a bit safer so I will go for Mister Wiseman in the 2.20 Newmarket. I will go EW to get some points even if it is not a winner.

A few possibilities for me today but no stand out selection. Was going to wait to see how the scoring worked out after the first batch of races but as the two selections for us today both run after the cut off time for making a selection have ended up going with Berkshire Whisper in the 4.20 Newbury EW

I am having difficulty deciding what to go for. A combination of the highest rated horse being riden by the best jockey should be a decent method of making a selection. Asfoora in the Temple Stakes today fits that profile but the price is currently higher than I would expect.
Has anybody any thoughts before I post my selection.

My alternative was going to be Laureate Crown in the Silver Bowl but as we have already got a runner in that race I have just gone with Asfoora.
