As no one has used a wild card yet I don't think it would be a bad idea for you to search for one on Saturday and post it in here for Stewpot to use if one becomes necessary. It was a freak problem last weekend but it did cause a panic for El Capitano which we don't want to happen again if we can avoid it. Please post your suggestion for the wildcard, in here, not on the selections thread, on saturday? I'm sure Stewpot will be okay with this

I really like Andrew Balding as a trainer but not W. Buick's biggest fan. Post race the jockeys comments were the horse weakened quickly 1 1/2 furlongs out ( talk about stating the bleedin obvious).
Jimnast. Yes I went to Lanark regularly great memories. I still play Lanark Golf Course occasionally and always stop the car and just view what's left of the racecourse, very sad.
