racing green did it on the final day with an 11/8 shot! The exclamation mark is for the odds-against price which is an outsider in racing green's book.
This is to take nothing away from his monthly performance which was outstanding. This month's competition was outside of the norm - usually a big priced winner has its part to play in determining the outcome. But there weren't any this month and the short price experts really came into their own. racing green's percentage was 86.36% or to put it another way 19 winners, 3 losers and a NR. I've never seen this happen before and big congratulations are due. On a quiet final day, happysandwich bagged an 8/11 which saw him jump 5 places into second. nawshan, Wonder Boy and pcgoody were the other 3 promoted napsters. Well done to all five in what was a difficult month to navigate. Best price of the day at 3/1 went to Steve Voltage No real hard luck stories although Justin Time made life a bit easier for the top five by not selecting. Very sporting of him. Commiserations to the 5 going down and best of luck next month. |

Very well done Racing Green you had a couple of knockers because you were picking the shortest selection of the day. If they had followed you we would have had a 3 fold DH and I would have been 4th.
A family member had a go at me for putting up a loser Friday when I didn’t need to bet as I was lying 2nd and it dropped me down to 7th. How I finish 2nd with an 8/11 winner God knows.  Thank’s Swifty for all your hard work in helping to create the excitement. |

Not sure how I managed that with possibly the lowest ever winning division score. Today’s plan was try and nick 5th spot and improve my 12 month figures. High percentages worked ok for me last year with a small SP profit. Not so great this year. Appreciate the comments above but I also get the criticism of defensive plays with shorties; no issues with the criticism. Thanks for running the show ST and good luck next month.
