The Team Comp kicks off again in Cheltenham week and will last for 3 months ( see ud's thread ).
For those of you with even shorter memories than me there are teams of eight. I am willing to carry on as captain though if my health holds up I will be away a fair bit of that time so may need more help than ever,particularly on Sats.
There are 7 of us who are still around. As I'm sure you all know shearer/smirnoff passed away a while ago. I intend to dedicate our win to him

I know you are all around and that Lampus and hoof hearted have already said that they are in.
Could the other 4 sign in please ( no excuses ). If we know we have 7 I have one or two ideas about an 8th member.

I THINK Jinxy1 started a thread a few weeks ago saying he was off to the Canaries for a couple of months but I struggle with the search function and can't find it.
I'll give it a week or so and then begin looking for recruits. In the meantime if anybody knows somebody who might be interested please ask them.

I've put out a call for Jinxy1 on Horse Racing.
I'm still arm-twisting madhatters.
the dealer who was one of ours for years jumped ship for no obvious reason and went to a team which seems to have disappeared. I'll try him if their team is dissolved and we are still short.

We are stuck on 6. madhatters MAY be persuadable if we are short. I have had nothing from Jinxy1 who isn't currently posting,but as I said I think he has gone to the Canaries for a long holiday,so we can give him a bit more time. We did have an application from mitolo who is currently in TOFTL but having discovered a recent thread where he names me as one of the 3 thickest posters on the forum and suggests I should be thrown into a canal I have made a decision that I don't want to be in the same team.
If any of the team would prefer mitolo to me just say so and I will step aside.
