tangerine staked his claim to the top of the table spot on the very first day of the month with a 33/1 shot and it was difficult for anyone to get near him after that.
tangerine then used the strategy of selecting short priced horses, 12 of which won, to maintain his lead. He finished with a percentage of 48.1, Very well done and hearty congratulations are due! Turning to the promoted four in second to fifth, Oakley was second for a long time throughout the month and finished in that position. Captain Scarlet finished the month in excellent form ending with an 11/2 shot today that enabled him to jump into third place. Wonder Boy was another that ended the month in fine style, 11/4 winner today on top of two previous winners saw him jump into the top five. Flemenstar kept his place in the top five with an odds-on shot today. Well done to all five promoted napsters. Commiserations to the five going down, it won't be long before we see you here again I'm sure. nawshan 7/1, nice winner, up 11 places into 8th The Sawyer 6/1, nice winner, up 2 places into 27th Captain Scarlet 11/2, nice winner, up 6 places into 3rd timberman 9/2, up 8 places into 18th posy 4/1, up 4 places into 11th Wonder Boy 11/4, up 2 places into 4th ROVING REPORTER 11/10, dropped into the relegation zone by virtue of timberman's 9/2 shot racing green, Flemenstar and Caffrey The Cat scored with odds-on shots.
