General Maxim found an 8/1 winner on day 2 that took him up to second, then winners at 7/1 and again 8/1 to put him in top spot at half way. And there he stayed till the finish. Well played sir!

Nearest to landing a last day haymaker was GEORGE.B with a terrific price effort.

Best on the day was halcyon days who surges 14 places into 8th with a 18/5 success.


Agonisingly hitting the post was Oakley with a good price effort that would have saved him from the drop. But it wasn't to be.
