With 3 competitive cards on the all weather today, it was likely that there would be some tasty placepot dividends and so it proved, but only one person managed to get a return with suffolkpunch getting a 30p share of Newcastle's £516.20 dividend for a £154.86 return. His return showed that winners are not crucial in getting nice returns with  his 7 placed selections consisting of 1 winner, 1 2nd and 5 3rds. This was the third three figure return this month and suffolkpunch closes to within under £20 of NonVintage at the top of the table and ensures that he will have some uneasy time over the next two days.
