old applejack selected five winners on the opening two days and found a couple more today - Prepense 15-8 and Harry Magnus 5-1 - and old applejack just shades second place from undecided who also selected the latter to add to his 11-1 winner Bopedro on the opening day.

Reigning overall champion foxy scored well at the Newmarket meetings last season and finishes fourth here, breaking even on the day having had a point on Harry Magnus.

Trusty, penzance and unluckyStu all had 2pts on Garrus 9-1, and share fifth place which means they also win a share of the overall points.

Well done to those who managed to end the meeting in profit.
