suffolkpunch came next with a 4/1 shot and is now joint eighth, Aquarius got back on form with a 9/4 winner, general custer kept up his consistency with a 2/1 shot, Inside The Box made it five out of the last six with a 6/5 winner and custardcream64 built on yesterday's winner with another 6/5 shot.
halcyon days pocketed the proceeds from one of those 6/5 winners.
Odds-on winners included leftside (1/3) and SontaranStratagem (1/3).
Hard luck for NonVintage who would have further extended his lead at the top but for his 5/1 selection being beaten by a NSE.
