Just watched it ;to be honest don't know if he would have placed ,but certainly wouldn't have won.........all in my opinion of course.

Hmmmm.
Certainly had no chance after that incident 3 out and ran on well,but almost impossible to tell how well he would have done. I would have had some hopes of a place though but why he was ridden from so far behind is a mystery to me. He's a moderate handicap hurdler not Sea Bird.

Well, I'll be backing him next time he runs!

I thought he was travelling supremely well, when badly hampered!

Hope young Aaron Anderson (7) rides him again, next time!

Amazingly, when they took Royal Practitioner out, (34.7%), the price of Kilmington Rose just got bigger and bigger!

I expect her to lead all the way!

Denmark's Christian Eriksen 'awake' in hospital after collapsing on pitch!

Like everyone else, we have seen so many incidents happen live on TV but that has to be one of the most horrific things I have seen. Unbelievable that he is now conscious and a testament to the treatment they have these days.

Great news that it looks as though Eriksen is going to be OK. I really thought he was a goner. There was a horrible comment on a thread on HR which the dealer and onlooker picked up on. That has now rightly disappeared.
We are 4th after the 1st week,thanks mainly to the dealer's brilliant pick   
Glentoby's lot are running away with it again. We may have our eccentrics but I fear we are too sane for this comp.

I'm not panicking yet,my knickers remain untwisted,but hoof hearted MAY be having problems. He didn't post yesterday in the Premiership and hasn't yet today.
I will wait until 2.00PM and IF we do have a problem I will manage it in a cool,calm,collected manner

Anyway just want to thank salmon for inviting me to join humbugs and all the team for being so supportive over the past three months. It has been great fun and brilliantly managed by a captain who fully understands it's the taking part that's important.

I would like to say I have really enjoyed it,despite the fact that this bunch of all stars really should have done better.
But everybody was totally reliable and the team spirit was the best I can remember in nearly 13 years of captaincy ( I think ).

All I know is that we are much better than our finishing position!
