I am just sending you a message to impart some sad news about 'Potlessagain' (Ash) who was a regular in your competitions.
Sadly Ash died yesterday after being unwell for some time. Although we knew his time was limited, it was a shock that he died sooner than expected.
I know that there were a good few people who Ash knew through the Betfair Forum (myself included) as he had been a member since 2005, so maybe you could post something appropriate.
I would do this myself, but I am no longer on the forum. Long story, but I had my account hacked a couple of years ago and Betfair opened a new one for me, but my old forum name 'Malcolm' was cancelled and I was not allowed to rejoin at that time and have never got round to asking to join again. However, I was in very regular contact with Ash and spoke to him often several times a day. (last on Saturday evening)
We knew him as potlessagain and a fantastic competitor he was. To Ash’s family and friends, please would you pass on our love and best wishes from all of us on here. He will be very sadly missed.

R I P Ash. You certainly... in your younger days lived a very colourful life ! We had many long conversations about ''the game''... some of the stuff you had access to re: jockey corruption would certainly of been of interest to the BHA ! God bless.

Let's hope that his monthly strike rate of 94.74%, achieved in January 2019, never gets broken (highly unlikely) and he remains at the top of undecideds' NAPS STATS (Best Monthly Strike Rate % since Jan 2013), forever!

Crikey, very sad to read this news, didn't know him personally but have seen his "nom de plume" posting on here for many a long year. Best wishes to his family and friends, notice he signed off with a winner on Sunday, RIP Potless!

Similar to several i didn't communicate with him on here but i certainly remember his name from the comps. As already stated, he had an incredible 94% winning strike rate one month, this will not be beaten.
RIP Potlessagain.
