I use a site called Simon's Tips to check the time of each non-runner. It says Sinoria was pulled from the Betfair market at 10:33. Which is the time I will use. Looking at other Oddschecker non-runners it appears that the time they are quoting is GMT. For instance Simon's Tips says The Society Man was pulled at 10:29. BHA official site says 10:28. Oddschecker says 09:32.
