Gravy ...... Carrie Des Champs was declared a n/r this morning at 08:06. My understanding of the Rules is that if the horse is selected prior to that time it will be treated as a non-runner for Competition purposes, and if the horse is selected after that time it will be treated as a non-selection.

The settlers do a brilliant job at dealing with these things so that everyone knows where they stand.
