JRAS was today's main man and jumped 3 places in midfield with a Royalist 15/8 wining nap

,

hotly pursued by NB san pedro who made similar gains with a 7/4 success,

who in turn was closely followed by racing green who improved 2 places with a 6/4 winner.

Elsewhere Sir Rembrandt clawed his way up 5 places to be 7th while youresomean and Scarborough held station with 11/10 naps and

rob22 retained his grip on pole with an odds-on shot.

SontaranStratagem hit the post with a decent-priced effort but the true hard-luck story belongs to madhatter whose rejected first choice romped home at 7/1
